The provision of construction and renovation services is governed by a signed contract and/or accepted quote between Obra É Fácil and the client, which prevails over this document in the event of any conflict regarding the terms of the contracted service.

Quote requests submitted through the website do not, by themselves, constitute a service agreement. A contract is only considered formed once the proposal has been expressly accepted in writing by both parties.

Obra É Fácil undertakes to respond to quote requests within a reasonable time, based on the information provided by the user. The accuracy of the quote depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted, and the final amount may be adjusted following a technical site visit.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Warranty

Service prices are set out in a written quote or contract specific to each project; any indicative figures that may be mentioned on the website are not binding.

A deposit may be requested before work begins, with the remaining balance paid according to the terms set out in the accepted contract or quote.

All work carried out by Obra É Fácil comes with a 5-year warranty, under the terms and conditions specified in the corresponding service agreement.
